This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, approximate location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Where this collection relies on cookies, it is subject to your consent as described in our Cookie Notice.

    • Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting our systems, our database, and secure file storage (Amazon S3), where information submitted through our forms is stored.
    • Google Analytics for website analytics.

05

Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some are strictly necessary to keep the Services functioning, and others are analytics cookies that we set only after you consent. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can accept or refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Notice.

Google Analytics

We share limited information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept cookies in our banner, and we have configured analytics to operate in a consent-aware mode (aggregate, cookieless measurement before consent; cookie-based analytics after consent). To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Bot and abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms exclusively to protect the Website from spam, abuse, and automated bots. Turnstile runs as an invisible widget and does not set cookies on your device. To distinguish humans from bots, Turnstile processes hardware and software signals from your browser, such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent, and the associated site and origin, and sends them to Cloudflare. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure and operational. Cloudflare acts as our processor when protecting the Website and as an independent controller when improving its own bot-detection capabilities. For details of how Cloudflare handles this data, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/.

06

How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

Information you submit through our forms, including your name, email address, project description, and any uploaded files, is retained by us in our systems (hosted on AWS) on an ongoing basis for as long as we may need it to respond to and manage your inquiry and our relationship with you, and is deleted when we determine it is no longer needed. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at info@elementica.io, and we will delete it unless we are required to retain it by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

07

How do we keep your information safe?
